**Most items ship within 2-3 business days, however on occasion, processing delays may occur. Although we do our best to keep inventory current, occasionally an item may be out of stock. In cases of backordered merchandise you will be contacted within 24 hours with an estimated arrival time for your item. Return policy: We Do not issue refunds!! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please contact us before sending back merchandise or item will be returned to sender. Sorry, but all accessory and custom orders are final sale. Domestic orders: You will be contacted via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your item after it has been mailed, so please save the tracking info that we send you. You can go to www.usps.com and use their track and confirm option to review shipping and delivery status. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with signature confirmation. Although priority shipping usually delivers within 2-3 days, it is not guaranteed. If you need an item to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will work with you on other shipping options. Orders over $150 have insurance included. We offer free shipping on orders over $100! International orders: Due to "lost" packages, we will no longer be able to ship international orders first class. We are switching our international shipping to express mail, which will get your package to you faster and more safely. Please note that it is impossible for us to give any type of guarantee on delivery time as customs and shipping policies vary widely from country to country, so packages may take longer to reach their destination depending on where they are being shipped to. Until we are able to update our shopping carts, you will still be charged the domestic rate upon check-out. Once we receive your order, we will email you an additional invoice to cover the express shipping charges, bringing the total shipping charges to $25. International shipping fees are unpredictable, so it is difficult for us to estimate the total shipping cost until we mail your item out. If the shipping cost is lower than $25, we will refund the difference. Please be advised that we will not mail your package until the full postage has been paid, so please check your email for an additional invoice. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the best way for us to get your item to you safely. Please be aware that you may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the package reaches your country.
