Policy

Please send us your receipt number, full name, and email address as it appears on your receipt when contacting us regarding your order.

Please check the sizing page with your measurements before ordering. If you're not sure which size to order, feel free to contact us for help.

Although we do our best to keep inventory current, occasionally an item may be out of stock. In cases of back-ordered merchandise, you will be contacted within 24 hours with an estimated arrival time for your item.

Return policy:

We do not issue refunds!! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please contact us before sending back merchandise or item will be returned to sender. Please note that customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned/exchanged items.

Domestic orders:

You will be contacted via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your item after it has been mailed, so please save the tracking info that we send you. You can go to www.usps.com and use their track and confirm option to review shipping and delivery status. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with signature confirmation. Although priority shipping usually delivers within 2-3 days, it is not guaranteed. If you need an item to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will work with you on other shipping options. Orders over $150 have insurance included. We offer free shipping on orders over $150!

International orders:

All international orders are charged a flat rate of $35.00. We ship express mail and you will receive a tracking number. We do realize that shipping costs can vary depending on where you are, so if the flat rate is more then your actual shipping rate, you will be refunded the difference! You can go to www.usps.com and use their track and confirm option to review shipping and delivery status.
